Miesian Plaza was a three-block project in lower Baggot street Dublin. We where tasked with the removal of all internal and external granite walls and floors. After the removal of the stone the internal core of the buildings where demolished and rebuilt. We fitted new Italian travertine stone to all internal walls and new granite stone to the floors of the lift lobbies and reception areas.

Miesian Plaza, Baggot Street, Dublin, has secured LEED Platinum v4 Certification, the highest possible accreditation rating awarded by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), is the most widely-used green building rating system in the world. LEED is an independent building certification accreditation system run by the USGBC.
